Legaspi Tower 200 is one of the older, well-established addresses on Paseo de Roxas — a mid-rise office building from an earlier period of Makati's development, with a solid, understated facade that stands in contrast to the glass towers that have grown up around it. It is a familiar reference point in the neighbourhood.

The clinic is on the ground floor. Enter through the main building entrance on Paseo de Roxas — DevelopDent is on the left as you come in.

Getting to the clinic

Legaspi Tower 200 is a well-known office building on Paseo de Roxas. The ground floor entrance is on the Paseo de Roxas side. Once inside, DevelopDent is immediately accessible on the first floor.

From Greenbelt / Ayala Center

Walk along Ayala Avenue toward Paseo de Roxas. Turn right onto Paseo de Roxas heading south. Legaspi Tower 200 is on your right, a short walk past the Legazpi Active Park. The building number is 107.

From Salcedo Village

Head south along Paseo de Roxas past the Makati Shangri-La intersection. Legaspi Tower 200 is on your left, after Legazpi Active Park.

From BGC (Bonifacio Global City)

A ride-hailing trip from BGC to Legaspi Tower 200 takes approximately 10–15 minutes depending on traffic along Kalayaan Avenue or the Guadalupe bridge route. Drop-off on Paseo de Roxas directly in front of the building.
